The client is a high-growth B2B SaaS company whose flagship project management and collaboration platform was used by over 500,000 professionals. Despite a strong feature set, they were seeing a decline in user engagement and a plateau in enterprise sales. XenonDev was brought in to lead a comprehensive, data-driven UX/UI Transformation to modernize the product and unlock its next phase of growth.

Problem

The product’s growth was being stifled by a “feature-first, user-second” design philosophy:
