The problem

Students exploring careers had no structured way to discover what paths suited them. FutureQuest's founders wanted to give students a guided simulation experience, but their early concept had no technical foundation, no AI layer, and no way to scale beyond a small pilot group.

The solution

We designed and built FutureQuest from the ground up: a multi-role platform where students complete career simulations, their responses are analysed by an AI engine, and they receive personalised job title suggestions based on their answers. The platform includes a full student-facing experience, a counsellor module for tracking and supporting students, and an admin module for managing the platform at scale. We shaped the design, infrastructure, and overall product flow alongside the founders, acting as true thought partners throughout.

How we did it

  • Co-designed the end-to-end student, counsellor, and admin experience with the founding team
  • Implemented AI-powered career simulations and response analysis for personalised role suggestions
  • Built multi-role access with separate student, counsellor, and admin workspaces
  • Stress-tested the platform ahead of launch to ensure reliability for real students and schools

“XenonDev treated Future Quest as a partnership rather than a project. True thought partners who helped shape the design, infrastructure, and overall flow. We've received several compliments from users about the look and experience of the platform.”
