THE PROBLEM

A fast-growing UAE retail group was processing hundreds of orders daily — entirely manually. Staff were copy-pasting order data between systems, sending confirmation emails by hand, and reconciling inventory in spreadsheets. Errors were frequent. Fulfilment was slow. The team was burning out.

THE SOLUTION

We built an end-to-end order automation pipeline that connects their storefront, warehouse system, and courier APIs. Orders now flow automatically from placement to fulfilment — with zero manual intervention required for standard orders.
